Hey Folks... Armored Gopher Games is having a benefit sale for David Weber, son of C-U area gamer, Phil Weber. Basically, 15% of every sale over $20.00 we make during the month of March will go toward a fund for the Weber family. Details are in the flyer image above.peace... RHM

Just as an FYI... our sale rasied $600 for the Weber family!
Unfortunately, David passed away at 10:40 PM on May 29th, 2008.
It was sort of a bittersweet feeling here at Armored Gopher Games. We were glad we were able to help the Weber family with a few of their many bills, but it would have been worth so much more to have David around to help Phil shepherd him into the hobby and community that is gaming.
All that said, Phil and Rachel (his wife) have moved on as best they can. They have a baby daughter now who's nothing but healthy, and that makes us here at 'Gopher happy.
I still have a picture of David Weber in my office at 'Gopher. I see it on a daily basis, and that photo of David is a reminder to me to keep my eyes and ears open for opportunities to pass on good karma in the world...
